The Topic: In Order to get the Economic Reforms in Russia up and running at the begin of the nineties, mostly Consultants of the Neoliberal School of Economics got their foot in the door in Russia. Russia and the other GUS Republic were seen as an ideal playground for a recreation of a new Marcet Economy. But today, GUS Republics are fighting with growing monetary problems and the IMF as well as Problems in the State owned companies.

Besides the economical aspects of this process we are interested in questions like 'Why do Individuals start to act on their own, when this behavior has been supressed by the system for a long time?', as well as 'are there other Economic Models out there beneath the neoliberal School of Economics?'.
